Specific types of inspections are required during this due diligence period. We help manage a smooth transaction by coordinating with varying parties to help determine highest and best use, zoning allowances, the presence of utilities and and/or the cost of improvements and installations.



New Construction
We love a good new build! When working with developers, we get the parameters of the types of lots they're looking to develop, and start an off market campaign to find them. After development we provide a full spectrum marketing package and weekly open houses until the projects are sold.
