Multi-Units

Multi-Unit properties can be a bit tricky, particularly if they're tenant occupied. We approach these sales very methodically, as there are many important elements that need careful evaluation throughout our due diligence period.

Never knowing exactly what problems we might need to help solve, we come prepared with reliable contacts in lending, surveying, contracting and more to help bring deals together.

Lots & Land

Not all lots are developable, and not all land is desirable. We bring efficiency to this process for our clients by knowing who to call, and where to go in getting your questions answered.

 

Specific types of inspections are required during this due diligence period. We help manage  a smooth transaction by coordinating with varying parties to help determine highest and best use, zoning allowances, the presence of utilities and and/or the cost of improvements and installations.

New Construction

We love a good new build! When working with developers, we get the parameters of the types of lots they're looking to develop, and start an off market campaign to find them. After development we provide a full spectrum marketing package and weekly open houses until the projects are sold.
